Adjusting the base price and weekend pricing

The base price and weekend pricing are set in [Property Details - General]. The following describes how to enter General using different methods.

I. Using [Independent listing] to modify [base price and weekend pricing]

Entrance to modify the base price and weekend pricing of independent listing:

  • Availability page

  • Rates page

  • Properties page

1. Using the [Availability] page to modify the base price and weekend pricing of the independent listing

  • Step 1: Click on the property name

  • Step 2: Click on "General"

  • Step 3: Click on "Rates"

  • Step 4: Modify the base price and weekend pricing (the following process is the same, so this figure is omitted)

2. Using the [Rates] page to modify the base price and weekend pricing of the independent listing

  • Step 1: Click on the name of the independent listing.

  • Step 2: Click on "General".

  • Step 3: Click on "Rates".

  • Step 4: Modify the base rate and weekend rate (figure omitted).

3. Using the [Properties] page to modify the base price and weekend pricing of the independent listing

  • Step 1: Click on the property name.

  • Step 2: Click on "General".

  • Step 3: Click on "Rates".

  • Step 4: Modify the base rate and weekend rate (figure omitted).

II. Using [Multi-inventory Listings] to modify [ the base price and weekend pricing]

You can modify the entrance of multi-inventory listings base price and weekend pricing:

  • Rates page

  • Room type page

1. Using the [Rates] page to modify the base price and weekend pricing of the multi-inventory listing

  • Step 1: Click on the room type name.

  • Step 2: Click on "General".

  • Step 3: Click on "Rates".

  • Step 4: Modify the base rate and weekend rate (figure omitted).

2. Using the [Room type] page to modify the base price and weekend pricing of Multi-inventory Listings

  • Step 1: Click on the room type name.

  • Step 2: Click on "General".

  • Step 3: Click on "Rates".

  • Step 4: Modify the base rate and weekend rate (figure omitted).
