Local inventory: Refers to the inventory on Hostex, which is equal to the actual quantity of this room type.

Online inventory: Refers to inventory in online channels such as Booking and Airbnb.

Features of this method:

1. It can modify local inventory and channel inventory at the same time

2. Adjust inventory for all dates at once.

Operation logic:

The number of rooms in a room type is the inventory number. So you need to modify the number of rooms in the room type if you want to modify both local and online inventory.

As shown in the following example: the inventory is 4 room types, and it is now adjusted to 5.

Steps:

Step 2: Add rooms to room type

After the local inventory is adjusted, the system will automatically update the inventory of the online channels.
