Scenario 3: Private listing and multi-inventory listing are bound with Hostex at the same time

This section describes how to use Hostex WEB terminal to associate independent and multi-inventory listings to Hostex at the same time.
For example, Booking has listed a listing with 10 inventory, Airbnb has listed 10 independent listings. Booking comes with an order and Airbnb automatically locks the room.

Logic of independent listing and multiple inventory simultaneously:

First put the created rooms into the room type, the number of rooms in the room type is the inventory of the room type. Then associate the multi-inventory listing of the channel to the corresponding room type, and associate the independent listing of the channel to the room.

As shown in the figure below, the arrow represents the association relationship.

When there is an order for the independent house in the channel --> the room associated with the room is locked --> the local inventory of the room type is reduced by 1 --> the inventory of the multi-inventory house on the channel is reduced by 1 (the delivery order is 4-> 1-> 2 -> 3)
When there is an order for multi-stock inventory, the local inventory of the room type associated with the room is reduced by 1-> the room in the room type is randomly locked 1-> the channel independent apartment locked room (the delivery order is 3-> 2 -> 1-> 4)

Overview of steps:

Create rooms.
Create a room type and bind the room.
Set up a direct channel account.
Associate listings.

Specific steps are as follows:

1.Create rooms

Click [Create Room] and name the room according to your situation. The room name is only used for internal management and will not be seen by the tenant.

The number of rooms created is equal to the number of stocks. For example, if there are 3 multi-stock listings, the inventory of each listing is 2, and the total inventory is 3 * 2 = 6, then 6 rooms are created.

2. Create a room type and bind the room

3. Set up a direct channel account

Enter the channel account management page.

Add Account --> Read Listing --> Association Management

4. Associate listings

Multiple inventory listings are associated with room types, and independent listings are associated with rooms corresponding to room types.

As the picture shows:

The wooden bird is [multiple inventory], which is connected to the [room type] No. 1 store.
A homestay has 5 [independent listings], which are linked to 5 [rooms] in room type No. 1.
